Which services are available on-site?
All DrTec services are available on-site, including computer repair, CCTV, networking, home automation and IT support.
Is there a call-out fee?
Yes. A call-out fee applies and is quoted when you book.
Which areas do you cover?
All seven emirates of the UAE.
Is your CCTV installation approved outside Ajman and Sharjah?
DrTec’s CCTV installation is approved by Ajman Police and Sharjah Police. Projects in other emirates follow that emirate’s approval requirements.
